Your First Campaign

Walk through creating your first automated outreach campaign.

1. Create a campaign

Go to Campaigns > New Campaign and give it a name.

2. Add your leads

Select a lead list or import new leads directly into the campaign.

3. Write your sequence

Build a multi-step sequence:

  • Step 1 — Connection request with a personalized note
  • Step 2 — Follow-up message (sent 2-3 days after connection accepted)
  • Step 3 — Second follow-up (sent 3-5 days later if no reply)

Use Templates with variables like {{firstName}}, {{company}}, and {{title}}.

4. Set your schedule

Choose sending hours and timezone. We recommend sending during business hours (9am-5pm) in your leads' timezone.

5. Launch

Review your settings and click Start Campaign. Monitor progress from the campaign dashboard.
